Latest News from the Treasure Box People
The Treasure Box People are delighted to announce the long-awaited little sister of our much loved monthly Treasure Box mailer subscription service, Tiny Treasures.
Launching in September at the Care For The Family Playtime Conference, in Sheffield, Tiny Treasures will be an innovative Bible story based box of delights designed to be explored, enjoyed, played with and loved by babies to preschoolers and their carers. Each box will come with a Bible story board book suitable for the under 5's age group and a selection of activities for both parents and their young child.
Each box can be used and enjoyed on it's own; moreover the collection of resources will build over time to better explore and play through the stories at an appropriate level for this age group.
We are delighted to be working with our friends at SPCK Publishing, who are providing our Bible themed Board books.
Following the same subscription model as The Treasure Box People monthly mailer subscription service, Tiny Treasures will also be posted directly to your door.
However, there are one or two significant differences with Tiny Treasures which will be posted every two months at a cost of £20.00 per Treasure Box (including postage and packing).
Families will be able to pre-order their Tiny Treasure Boxes on our new website from Monday 21st August 2017.
Our first Tiny Treasures, on the theme of the Lost Sheep, will hit doormats towards the end of September.
Families will be able to also purchase them at the Care For Family PlayTime Conference and CRE International in October.
Writing on the ministry blog about this new development, Becky May, Creative Director and Co-Founder of the Treasure Box People said:
"Research has shown that learning starts in the womb, and if we can learn physically, emotionally and intellectually, then we are also learning spiritually, right from these very earliest moments of life.
This truth is at the heart of our new venture; Tiny Treasures as we seek to help parents and their infants explore Bible stories together in a way that is truly meaningful and enjoyable."
